  1. First of all put the mango, icing sugar and water into a pan, heat the pan and bring it to a simmer.
  2. Next take the biscuits and pop them into a plastic bag, close the end and bash the biscuits with a rolling pin so they become a fine crumb. Add the butter to a fine another pan, heat it so it melts and add the biscuits mixing well assuring that all the pieces are coated with the butter.
  3. Now spoon into some glasses gently pressing the base down.
  4. Put the cream cheese in a bowl, add the icing sugar sifting it in, and the cream and essence!
