  8. Check with a stick, if it's dry, it's done! (or touch sponge lightly if it bounce back.) - Once it's cooled down, enjoy with your favourite icing!
  9. Here is my favourite icing with this chocolate cake. - [Cream cheese icing] - 100g Cream cheese - 30g Butter - 30g Icing sugar
  10. It's good with some berries too! - [Mascarpone icing] - 150g Mascarpone - 20g Icing sugar
  11. For chocolate lovers… - [Chocolate icing] - 100g Cream cheese - 50g Icing sugar - 30g Butter - 20g Cocoa powder
