Reduce speed and add egg white then whole eggs and mix until combined
Reduce speed to low and add dry ingredients in 3 batches alternating with buttermilk starting and ending with the dry ingredients. DO NOT OVERMIX!
Pour batter in the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or till done (when a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean)
