  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  10. Take 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
  11. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  12. Take Make the sauce
  13. Make ready 1/2 cup ketchup
  14. Take 1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
  15. Make ready Batter
  16. Take Gram flour 2cups
  17. Make ready Water
  18. Make ready Pinch Salt/ to taste
  19. Get 1/4 tsp chilli powder optional
  20. Make ready Oil to deep fry
Steps to make Bread Bhajiya/Pakoras:
  1. Add oil to IP and start on sauté for 6 mins add the onions and brown add tomatoe. The IP will be still very hot even though the it’s switched off
  2. Add all the masalas and then the mince mix & Turn on the IP to pressure cook for 5 mins. Make sure the whistle is in lock position
  3. Mince releases it’s own water and we want the mince to be dry so don’t add anymore water, once the mince is done 5 mins, do a quick vent release.
  4. Now cook on sauté mode for 5/6 mins for the water to burn off. Once done remove from IP and leave to cool down
  5. Cut the crust off your bread
  6. Make your sauce ketchup mixed with chilli powder miss out the chilli powder if you like milder version
  7. Now spread the 1st slice of bread with mince then 2nd with sauce. Put last onto the sauce and press down
  8. Now cut into four & dip into batter & fry
  9. #timesaver If you want to make these ahead for a party/Dinner you can make the squares and freeze them individually 1st then pop into a zip lock. Then dip and fry as needed, you can cook these from frozen
  10. Also instead of ketchup you can use any other sauce you like or even chutneys
