  4. Bake in a preheated oven at Gas Mark 7 for 40 minutes,allow too get cold in their silicon cup cake cases and then reheat the mince pies on a Baking Tray without the silicon cup cases on and bake at Gas Mark 7 for a further 20 minutes,hopefully the underneaths' will be done,enjoy hot,or cold.
