Add cinnamon powder and a pinch of grated nutmeg. Add a tsp of vinegar and vanilla essence too. Mix well and bake in a pre heated oven at 180-200 °C for 25-30 minutes. I have baked in a khadayi for 30 minutes. Keep aside to cool once done.
  3. Both are ready for serve. Once the cake is cool, pour the pear syrup on top of cake and apply some whipped cream. Roughly give a design using butter knife. Sprinkle some cinnamon and place the pear on top and Serve.
