Add the chives to the poaching liquid and mix well.This is your sauce for the pie. Pour the sauce over the top of the fish, removing the garlic cloves.
  8. Add the pastry lid on top and pierce the top to allow for steam to release. Place in an oven for 30-35mins or until the pastry is cooked.
