Instructions to make Chicken Tikka fried rice:
  1. Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces. Add all the ingredients except mustard oil, cream and butter.
  2. Mix well, add the mustard oil and cream. Mix really well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 degree Celsius. line a baking tray with foil. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on the foil. Cook for 10 minutes. Turning once in between. After 10 minutes baste with melted butter.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai. Add chopped garlic and onion. Saute on high heat till light golden.
  5. Now add the chopped bell peppers. Mix.cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Now add the rice, garam masala, salt, chili sauce, vinegar and soya sauce. Mix well. Garnish with chopped green onions green. Serve hot. Yummy fusion Punjabi Chinese is ready.
