Instructions to make Butter Chicken Tikka Karahi:
Wash chicken and set aside. Cut karein tomatoes in pieces, ginger ke b pieces and onion slices mein.
In a blender add onion slices, tomatoes pieces, green chillies, garlic cloves,ginger, coriander leaves, yogurt and half cup water blend well.
In a large bowl add blended mixture. All spices, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, whole spices, black seeds, garam masala powder, crushed coriander, crushed Cumin, murgi masala, fenugreek leaves and orange colour whisk together all the marinade ingredients.
Add the chicken and coat well with the mixture. Cover the bowl and allow to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Pan mein heat oil and butter over medium-high heat, when it melts add marinated chicken mix well and cover the pan for 10 minutes cook on medium heat.
After 10 minutes cover hata dain. Cook honay dain jab chicken ka water dry ho jaye aur oil anay lgye tu thora bhon lain. (Masala check kar lain agr kuch kam ho tu add kar lain).
Low flame per 5 minutes aur cook Karein. Half coriander leaves and chilli dal ke mix karein flame off kar dain.
Bowl mein nikal ke garam masala sprinkle karein thora sa butter oper dal dain. Garnish with coriander. Serve with naan, roti, raita and kachomar salad. Enjoy 😋
