Steps to make Chicken Tikka masala with bukhari rice:
Wash chicken and cut into 4 pieces
Take a large bowl and add yogurt and mix all the spices into it (red chilli, chat masala, ginger garlic, salt, lemon juice, cumin powder, turmeric powder)
Add chicken in yogurt marinate and rest for 2_3 hrs
After 2_3 hrs take a vessel and pour 3_4 tbsp oil and add chicken marinate into it.
Cover the pan and cook on low to medium heat. Check in between amount of water released from chicken and yogurt and flip the pieces after some time to cook properly from both sides.
Turn off flame when all the water dried out.
For bukhari rice: wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.

Heat oil and add cumin seeds, cinammon stick, cloves, black pepper and star seeds..
Sautay all the spices and onions till golden brown
Add green peas and sautay for 1_2 minutes. Now add water and give boil.
Add rice in boiling water and add salt too.
Cook till very less water left. Add yellow food colour and cook on simmer after covering the lid.
In another pan heat oil and sautay carrots and raisins. Take out in a plate.
Dish out rice and put chicken pieces over it and Sprinkle carrots and raisins over it. Enjoy with your family
