Prepare 6 chicken thighs, skin on

Pre-heat the oven to 180 Fan/200C/Gas6. - Place the chicken thighs onto a non-stick baking tray (or line one with greased foil). - Pat them dry on both sides with some kitchen paper. - Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile make the BBQ coating.
Put all the other ingredients into a saucepan over a low-medium heat & allow everything to melt together. Set aside until the chicken is ready to come out of the oven. - Once the 25 minutes is up, remove the chicken from the oven & coat with the BBQ sauce, flip the thighs over & coat the other side. - Put the chicken back in the oven for 8 minutes, then remove, give them another basting & return to the oven.
Repeat after another 8 minutes then return the chicken to the oven, turn the temperature up to 200Fan/220C/Gas7 & cook for a final 5 minutes. - Serve immediately.
