  1. Make ready 4 cups flour
  2. Get 1 TBSP sugar
  3. Make ready 2 TBSP butter

  8. Prepare 1 tsp nutmeg and Cinnamon spice

Steps to make Strudel:
  1. Crumb sugar, butter, flour and both nutmeg and Cinnamon. Make a dissolve salt in cold water and pour. And an egg. Bring together and mix. Knead. If sticky add more flour.
  2. Transfer to floured surface and knead for 8mins.
  3. Spray oil on dough and wrap up. Chill for 20mins
  4. Mix blackberry jam well and set aside
  5. Take out dough and roll. Cut large shape. Pour in jam. Use egg wash on the side.
  6. Use another cut shape and put ontop. Then seal up. Brush top with egg wash Then make a cut on. Top and chill for 10mins
  7. Heat over to 200c and bake strudel for 10-15mins. Allow to chill for another 10mins.
