The ingredients needed to make Methi sabzi:
  1. Make ready 1 bunch Methi(fenugreek)leaves
  2. Prepare 4 Onion
  3. Prepare 6 Garlic cloves chopped
  4. Get 1 Green chilli
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. Make ready 4 Bombay duck
  8. Take 1 Potato thinly chopped
  9. Make ready 3 tsp Oil
  10. Make ready to taste Salt
Instructions to make Methi sabzi:
  1. Heat oil in a vessel add onion & salt
  2. Add green chilli & garlic too,cook in low flame till onion turns soft
  3. Now add turmeric & red chilli powder, add methi & Lil water cover & cook in low flame from 15 mnt
  4. Add Bombay duck or prawns & potato too
  5. Cook till all the water soak, serve wth chapati & papad.
