Get 6-7 onions
Get 1/2 kg tomatoes
Take Half bunch of mint leaves and half of coriander

Prepare 4-5 glass boiled water
Get 1 bay leaf, 6-7 cloves, 4-5badian phool (star anise)
Get 1 cinnamon stick
Prepare Orange food color
Steps to make KARACHI KI BIRYANI π:
Step 1 : - Mix 2 onions, 1/2 kg tomatoes, mint leaves, coriander and few drops of vinegar, mix well and keep aside.
Step 2 : - Add oil in your pot, add onions 4-5 and golden brown them then take 1/4 onions out in plate (for later use), now in remaining onions add ginger garlic paste, tez pata, garam masala, 10-11 green chillies and fry them all
Add (step 1) mixture in (step 2) pot. Now add "Shan foods Bombay biryani" masala to it. Add some more spices like red chilli powder, dry coriander, Garam masala powder and mix them well. After 2 mins add potatoes and cover it on low flame until potatoes are done. You can add some water for tendering potatoes.
Check if potatoes are done and take them out. Add chicken and One cup yogurt in the mixture. When chicken is half done and imli paste in it. Let it cook and see the color coming π
For Rice: Boil water, add good amount of salt in it, cloves, badian phool 4-5, cinnamon stick, Tez patta and few drops of vinegar as vinegar helps to keep rice separate and khila hua π. You can use SELA RICE for good taste
Layer the cooked rice then biryani masala cooked earlier and again top it with boiled rice. Dum it on high flame until you see smoke coming coming over. Lower the flame then and cover the lid properly to set the layers made in step 5. Add some orange food color in water and garnish on the top
Tantadaaa Biryani is ready π₯°. Garnish it with some fried onions and serve it to get some taareeeeeefffff from husband or other family members π
