  5. Pinch off small amounts of dough and roll into balls between your hands. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture
  6. Place balls on baking tray and press down lightly with a fork.
  7. Place in you preheated oven and bake for about 15minutes (baking time vary depending on your oven. Best to keep an eye on the biscuits to ensure they don't burn)
