  3. Add gram flour and make a dough
  4. Take small portion of the dough and give shape of the cutlets
  5. Roll it over biscuit crumbs and keep in a refrigerator for half an hour
  6. Add oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets
  7. Your soya cutlet is ready.serve it hot with salad.
