Bombay Biryani is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is appreciated by millions every day. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look fantastic. Bombay Biryani is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Bombay Biryani:
  1. Make ready for marination
  2. Prepare Chicken 750-800 g yogurt 1 cup /250 g salt 1-1/2 tsp
  3. Prepare red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 1-1/2 tbsp garam ma
  4. Take garam masala
  5. Get ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp heaped
  6. Prepare 2 list
  7. Make ready onion 2 tomato 3 potatoes 2-3 mint leaves 15-20
  8. Take yellow food colour 1/2 tsp oil for cooking and frying
  9. Make ready List 3 (for boiling rice)
  10. Prepare rice 550 g mint leaves 4
  11. Take small cardamom 4 big cardamom 2 caraway seeds 1 tsp
Instructions to make Bombay Biryani:
    1. Add chicken and all list 1 ingredients in a bowl….marinate this for almost 1/2 hour.
    1. Finely slice 2 onions, fry them on slow to medium heat until golden brown.
  1. Take them out, set a side
  2. Soak basmati rice for half hourc
  3. Cut potatoes on 4,fry them until tender.
  4. Add 1/2 cup oil in a pan add marinated chicken and half fried onion….keep half of them of end layering.
  5. Stir it on high heat until all extra juices evaporates, then cook it on slow heat until chicken is tender
  6. Turn off the heat add fried potatoes on top.
  7. Take sliced tomatoes,fry them with 2 tbsp oil on high heat for 2-3 minutes
  8. Add these on top of potatoes
  9. Fill a pan with water,add all list 3 ingredients let it boil
  10. Add half hour soaked rice.boil them until half done
  11. Strain them.
  12. Add half chopped coriander and mint on chicken gravy.
  13. Add rice, mix milk and yellow food colour…add on it, also add 1 tbsp kewra water
  14. Now add remaining chopped coriander and mint with fried onions
  15. Now with tight lid cook it first on high heat for 1 minute then on slow heat for 10 minutes
  16. Open it and take out biryani from sides of the pan…you can see rice are nicely done
  17. Serve with any yogurt raita you like.
