  3. Break in the eggs and mix with each addition.
  4. Add heavy cream and mix.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix some more.
  6. Add flour and mix, making sure it doesn't become lumpy!
  7. Pour the batter into the mould and drop it onto the counter once or twice to remove any air. Bake it at 180℃ (356 F) for 35-40 minutes.
  8. It's done! It's crumbly when just baked, so let it cool before you take it out of the mould.
