The ingredients needed to make Yaki udon:
  1. Take 50 g onions
  2. Take 1 green pepper
  3. Prepare 100 g cabbage
  4. Make ready 2 large carrots
  5. Take 200 g pork steak
  6. Take 90 g dry udon
Steps to make Yaki udon:
  1. First prepare all your ingredients.
  2. Boil Your Udon for 10mins. As you prepare the Udon you can start preparing the other items.
  3. Add 30ml of cooking oil on a pan. Preheat your pan then start by stir frying your thinly sliced pork.
  4. Next add the onions and continue stir frying then add the carrots.
  5. Next add the cabbage and green pepper and continue stir frying.
  6. When your Udon had boiled for 10mins, drain the water then rinse the noodles in cold running water till the water runs clear. Drain the noodles completely.
  7. Add the noodles into your pan then mix will add you sure fry.
  8. Lastly add 30ml hon-tsuyu then mix over high heat for 30seconds.
  9. Serve when hot.
