  1. Prepare 600 g Japanese ramen
  2. Prepare 2 bunch spring onion
  3. Get 1 bunch coriander

  6. Make ready 2/3 cup ramen base soup
  7. Take 4 eggs
  8. Prepare 500 g pork steak

  1. Prepare the pork first. Thinly sliced then marinated with ginger and Soy sauce. Then pan roasted.
  2. Next prepare the vegetable topping by stir frying them in a pan. Onions first then the rest together.
  3. Next make the ramen soup base by adding water at the ratio 1:10. First boil the water then add the ramen soup base.
  4. Lastly in a big sufuria boil some water then add the eggs. Cook for 5mins then add the Japanese ramen noodle and cook for 4mins. This way both are cooked at the same time. Drain the water and start serving.
  5. When plating first add the soup base then the ramen noodles then half an egg, fried vegetables and the pork.
