  2. Drain water in a strainer. Keep them aside.
  3. Spread gooseberry on kitchen towel and let them dry for 5 to 10 mnts
  4. Take a pan. Add oil.heat it well.
  5. Then add gooseberry. Saute it for one mnt.
  6. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Mix it well.
  7. Saute it for one mnt. Switch off the gas.
  8. Let it cool down and add mango pickle masala and mix it well.
  9. Store in a glass jar
