  1. Heat ghee n fry onions lightly,add tomatoes,salt n haldi n cook tillit leaves ghee.Add masala crumbled paneer.Mix well n keep aside.Make a thin roti of atta dough.Apply sone butter on it.
  2. Spread both mayonnaise on the buttered roti n spread panner bhurji on it.You can add onion slices on it n roll it tightly.
  3. Do not add more bhurji or it will come out.
  4. Fold paper napkin in half n follow pics how to fold.Your yummy n healthy paneer roll is ready to serve.
  5. Cut into two n enjoy with ketchup.
