Steps to make Paneer potli (paneer samosa):
  1. Take maida in bowl. Add salt and oil. Mix well and add water gradually and knead stiff dough. Cover and keep for 10-15. Meanwhile keep ready all stuffing ingredients
  2. Heat ghee. Add garlic. Green chilli. Saute for 1-2 min. Add onion and sauté for 5-10 min or onion become pinkish. Add capsicum and mix well sate for 2-3 min. Add all masala. Mix well. Add panner and cheese. Mix well
  3. Take out prepared stuffing in bowl and let it cool down
  4. Roll small circular like puri. Put one spoon of stuffing and fold it in to potli shape (like shown in pic) Heat oil and fry prepared potli till golden brown..
  5. Server hot. With ketch up and green chutney. And chai. Best tea time partner. 🥰
