  1. Get (500gm) Amla/gooseberry
  2. Prepare (100gm) Ginger
  3. Get (100gm) Garlic

  5. Prepare (50gm) Fresh haldi
Instructions to make Immunity Pickle:
  1. To this mixture add 5-10gm each of your dry crushed pickle masala (Methi +Fennel +Nigella +Carom +yellow mustard)
  2. Finally add salt and pour a good amount of mustard oil so that the whole mixture is completely drenched.
  3. P.S. You can also change the quantity of ingredients according to your preference.
  4. Store it in an air tight glass container.
