  1. Soak Tamarind in 1/2 cup of hot water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, squeeze the tamarind to extract maximum juice.
  2. Discard the pulp and strain the tamarind extract to large bowl.Add sugar and mix well to dissolve.
  3. Add the black salt,pepper pdr, cardamom pdr and mix well to combine.
  4. Add in the chopped mint leaves and ice cubes and required water.
  5. Pour in a glass and serve and enjoy.
