Steps to make Drumstick Fish Curry:
Take tamarind in a bowl. Add in water and soak it for 10 mins. Squeeze and strain. Set aside.
Take grinding ingredients in a blender and grind it to a smooth paste. Set aside.
Take a pan or earthenware pot. Add in drumstick pieces,water, curry leaves, salt, green chillies, ground masala, tamarind juice. Mix well.
Bring it to boil and simmer for 10 mins or until the drumstick is cooked. Now add in fish and cook covered till the fish is done.
Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves. Pour this over the curry.
Serve hot with rice !!!
