  2. Take 250 grams jaggery organic

Instructions to make Gur Amla Murabba:
  1. Wash aamla properly. Put water in a vessel and steam Aamla over it. Steam it for 6-7 minutes. Once cool pierce it with toothpicks allover.
  2. Grate jaggery. Add Aamla to a bottle. Pour jaggery and sub dry for three days.
  3. Once the jaggery is turn into syrup take it to a pan. Add spices and fennel seeds. Boil until bit thick.
  4. Soak aamla into it.
