  7. Ingredients for pickle masala.
  8. Salt 200 gms,Dry roast fennel seeds (saunf) half cup,methi seeds 5 tbsp,yellow mustard half cup,black pepper one tbsp.
  9. Now add turmeric powder 6 tsp,red chilli flakes 4 tbsp,degi mirch powder one tbsp and one tsp Hing.
  10. Grind this powder coarsely and keep for future use.

This amla pickle is very easy to make. My sil served this pickle along with lunch when we were in Chennai, I loved it so got the recipe immediately. I made it last week and loved to have it as such than with rice. This is one of the ways to include amla / gooseberry in diet. This amla pickle was so good, that it got finished quickly.
