  1. Soak rice 20 minutes. Take a pressure cooker add rice, black gram, coconut, garlic, salt and water cook 4 whistles in medium flame.
  2. Take a pan add Urad dhall, red chillies and coconut dry roast in 5 minutes in low flame.
  3. Take a mixy jar add Urad dhall, red chillies, coconut, tamarind, salt and water grind smooth paste. Red chillies with coconut chutney ready.
  4. Take a plate put rice and mix with Chutney add ghee or gingelly oil with appalam (Pappadam).
