  1. Take Gooseberry size soaked tamarind
  2. Take 2 tsp peanuts
  3. Prepare 1 red chilli
  4. Make ready 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  5. Make ready Pinch turmeric powder
  6. Get 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  8. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Take Handful curry leaves
  10. Take 1 tbsp jaggery
  11. Take to taste Salt
  12. Take 2 tbsp oil
  13. Prepare 1 glass water
Instructions to make Pachi pulusu:
  1. Soak tamarind for 30 mins
  2. Roast peanuts
  3. Grind peanuts, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, soaked tamarind, jaggery.
  4. Prepare tadka by keeping oil in the pan, once the oil heats, add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts crackle, add red chiili, curry leaves.
  5. In the tadka add the grinded mixture, add water and raw sliced onion. You can have pachhi pulusu with rice.
