  3. Pour spiced oil on the wedges and shake them well to mix all the ingredients properly.
  4. Line a butter paper/baking sheet or parchment paper on the baking tray and arrange the wedges in a way that they do not touch and stick to each other.
  5. Bake them for 20 mins on 250°C. Take out once they are baked. You can serve them with sour cream, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, cheese dip or any dip of your choice.
