Steps to make Bharwa kerela:
  1. Take kerela and scrap the skin and slit it and remove seeds from the middle,add salt and haldi and marinate for half an hour.
  2. Take pan add jeera then add boiled aloo,ginger red chilli powder haldi,amchur gram masala powder, salt and green chillies, fresh dhaniya and mix it well and keep aside the stuffing is ready.
  3. Take marinated kerela and wash with water for 5 times then stuff with stuffing and keep aside.
  4. Take pan add oil then jeera when splutturs add stuffed kerela and cook, when 60 percent done cook on low flame add ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  5. Then add aloo wedages onion and green chillies slits and cook till done.
  6. Then at last add dry masala mix well and cook for a while then serve hot with roti.
