  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes. Place the potatoes on the grill grates and grill for about 10 minutes per side. - I sprinkled some red chilli powder after removing them from the oven to give that final spicy kick and to satisfy my strong South Indian spicy palate! - I served the Healthy Grilled Garlicky Potato Wedges without Butter with cucumber slices and a heavenly mint-yoghurt dip which enhanced the taste a 1000 fold!
