The ingredients needed to make Spicy Flatbread:
  1. Get Half cup red lentils
  2. Make ready 1 cup rice
  3. Take 1 medium size onion
  4. Prepare 3 green chillies
  5. Get 1 cup fresh coriander
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala
  7. Get 1/4 tsp red chilli
  8. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. Prepare to taste Salt
  11. Take Kalonjira seed (black seed)
Steps to make Spicy Flatbread:
  1. Wash and soak rice with lentils for 1 hour or if possible whole night. Then blend them. Then mix with onion,chilli & coriander. Now add rest of the ingredients.
  2. Don’t use any oil. Just pour on the fry pan and flatten them with hand or spatula. It’s a very healthy recipe. It goes well with any kind of dip or by itself.
