  1. Soak the daal for half an hour before cooking.. In a pressure cooker heat ghee add cumin seeds when they start crackling add asefetida, ginger garlic paste saute it for few seconds now drain the water and add the daal add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and give 1 whistle.. After the pressure is out add amchur powder.. Easy yummy and tasty daalnis ready to serve.. Garnish it with corriander leaves.. Enjoy it with chappatis..
