  1. Take a kadai add oil add mustard seeds, channa dal, udad dal, curry leaves, and dired red chillies.
  2. Also add green chillies, ginger and saute slightly. Now add cashew roast turns golden brown.
  3. Add greated coconut fry for two minutes.add leftover rice and salt saute till they mix gently without breaking rice.
  4. Cover and simmer for 2minute or till rice absorb cocount flavour.
  5. Yummy and delicious coconut rice is ready to be served.
