  19. Get 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions to make Veg kathi Roll:
  1. First, make a dough for the roll add flour salt and oil..crumble together and make a dough with the help of water now cover it for 10 min..and apply little bit oil over the dough.
  2. Now take a pan to add 2 tsp oil then add garlic pods saute for a while then add onions cook for 5 min then add capsicum and carrot and salt and cover till the carrots r softs. after 15 min when the veggies are a little soft add tomato puree and 2 tsp Frankie masala and mix it.
  3. After 10-15 min when the tomatoes r cooked add ketchup and mayonnaise mix it well. then add paneer cubes coat nicely and switch off the flame.
  4. Now knead the dough again and take ball size dough and make a thin chapati. and place over it on hot Tawa. And cook from the sides apply oil ya butter.
  5. After the chapati is cook. remove it to a plate apply one 1 tsp ketchup and our veggie mix..and roll it tightly. our healthy and delicious roll is ready to serve😋
