  1. Take 250 gm Chanay ki Daal (Gram Lentil)
  2. Make ready 250 gm Lauki (bottle guard)
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup oil

  5. Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  6. Take 2 Tomatoes Medium size blended
  7. Get Salt as per taste
  8. Take 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. Get 1/2 tsp All spice's powder
  11. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  12. Take 2-3 Green chillies
  13. Prepare Coriander chopped
  14. Make ready For Bhagar
  15. Prepare 5-6 Red Button chilli
  16. Get 1 Garlic clove
  17. Get 3 tbsp Ghee
Steps to make Chanay ki Daal Lauki:
  1. For Daal - Soak chana daal for 1_2 hours, then boil with Fresh water, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt until tender and keep it aside.
  2. For Lauki - In pan take oil and fry sliced onion until light golden brown color, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,1 chopped green chilli, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, and then add lauki bhunify it for 2_3 min then add 3/4 cup water,cover and cook at low flame until Lauki becomes soft then add chopped or blended tomatoes cook it at high flame until oil separates.
  3. Add boiled daal to prepared lauki, mix well and then add garam masala powder, chopped green chillies and fresh coriander cover and cook at low flame for 5 min.
  4. In a pot heat ghee add red button chilli, garlic clove chopped, when looks light brown do bhagar.cover lid to seal aroma.
  5. Then transfer it to serving dish garnish with coriander. Enjoy with rice or chapati šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹
