  9. Prepare Pinch cumin seeds (for 1 plate)
Instructions to make Moong Dal Dhokla (Green Lentil Dhokla):
  1. Take a grinder add rice and dal, pepper, ginger, curd.
  2. Water and grind in smooth batter. Beat it and keep a side for 1 hr.
  3. Grease the oil, and arrange the steamer. Take small portion of the batter in another bowl add salt and baking soda.
  4. Mix it well. Pour in greased plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder and cumin seeds.
  5. Place the plate in heated steamer. Steam it for 15-20 min. Off the gas and let the Dhokla get cool. Cut the pieces and serve with ketchup and mayo. Dhokla can be tempered or can eat just like this
