SB se pehly daal ko achi tarhan dhoo Lein or 10 mint ke liy pani mein bhigo dein phir is ko ak pattili mein dalen or us mein pani, haldi powder,
Or namak dal ke ubal aney tak pakaen,
Phir jab us mein ubal a jaey to us ko 3-4 mint tak pakaen ta ke dal gal jaey, dal ko ham ne ak kanak rehne tak pakana hy pura nahi galana, jab dal mein ak kanak reh jaey to us ko chan Lein,
Ab masalah taiyar karna hy to masalah banane ke liya SB se pahle ak pattili nn cooking oil ko garam Karen phir Us mein lehsan ka paste or pyaz ka paste bana ke dalen,
Sath hi us mein zeera, Kali mirch, long,
Bari Elaichi or darcheeni dal ke 3-4 mint tak pakaen ta ke pyaz ka pani khushk ho jaey,
Phir tamater ko b pees ke us ka paste bana Lein or pattili mein dal dein,or 1-2 mint tak pakaen,
Then is mein lal mirch, haldi, namak or chicken cube dalen,
Then is ko achi tarhan bhunnen,
Jab ye bhun jaey to is mein 1/2 cup pani dalen or dobara bhunnen, is ko ham ne 2 bar bhunna hy,
Phir is mein 1 and 1/2 glass pani dalen or ubli hue daal dal ke mix karen,
Mix karne ke bad is ko taqreeban 3-4 mint tak dam pe rakhen,
Phir is ko plate mein nikal Lein or is mein adrak, green chilli, hara dania,
Garam masalaha or butter dalen,
Mazeedat Mash Daal taiyar hy garma garam chapatti ke sath paish Karen.
