  1. Make ready 2 cup Rice
  2. Get 1 cup Urad daal/White lentil
  3. Take 1/4 tsp Citric acid
  4. Make ready 1/4 tsp Citric acid
  5. Take 1/4 tsp Nimbu phool
  6. Prepare To Taste Soda bi carb
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup Thick Green Chutney
  8. Get 2 tsp Cooking Oil
  9. Prepare 3 tsp Tempering/ Tadka
  10. Get 1 tsp Cooking Oil , Mustard Seeds/ Rai
Instructions to make Sandwich dhokla:
  1. Instructions - - Wash and soak rice and urad dal in enough water for 7-8 hours.
  2. Grind rice and daal to make a smooth paste like idli batter.
  3. In a bowl take 1/4 tsp of soda/eno,1 tsp oil and 2 tsp water and mix well.
  4. Boil some water in a steamer and grease the dhokla plates.
  5. Arrange these plates in the steamer and cover the steamer with a lid.
  6. Now apply chutney on one dhokla (on the rough side).
  7. Place other dhokla over it(keep the rough side over the chutney)
  8. Heat oil in a small pan and add the tempering ingredients.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve
