Take 1 tsp mixed herbs
Get 2 sprigs rosemary
Make ready 1 tsp smoked paprika
Make ready 100 ml chicken stock

Cut the chorizo into cubes and cook in a pan to release the oils
Cut the carrot, onion, garlic and red pepper into cubes
Finely dice the rosemary and deseed the olives
