  1. Take 250 gm Paneer
  2. Prepare 1 onion finely chopped

  12. Prepare 1 tsp Kasoori Methi crushed

Instructions to make Paneer Bhurji:
  1. Take a pan, add oil. Once it is hot, add asfoitida, garlic and onion. Saute for some time on low flame.
  2. Add tomato and other masalas. Also add Kasoori Methi. Add multipurpose gravy too. Continue to saute for some more time.
  3. Add roughly crushed paneer. Add water. Cook for some more time on low flame.
  4. Add cream. Mix it well. Serve hot with Naan.
