Infused Kofta is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look wonderful. Infused Kofta is something that I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Infused Kofta:
Get 250 gm Palak/spinach
Take 1 cup Onions
Prepare 1/2 cup Tomatoes
Prepare 2 tsp Ginger
Make ready 8-10 Garlic cloves
Get 4-6 Green chillies
Prepare 1 tsp Cumin powder
Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder
Get 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
Prepare to taste Salt
Prepare 2 tbsp gram flour
Prepare 1 tbsp Cashew powder
Take 1 tbsp Corn flour
Get 1/2 cup Paneer
Prepare 2 cups Oil
Get as needed Fresh cream for garnish
Instructions to make Infused Kofta:
Take a pan and put water in it and add palak.
Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
Once it cools down make it a puree.
Take a plate and add gram flour and cashew powder and mix it well.
Now take a bowl and add paneer and mash it well with all the spices(cumin powder,salt, black pepper and red chilliy powder)
Add corn flour and little but of water for binding.
Make small balls of paneer and keep it aside.
Take a kadai and heat oil in it.Add ginger garlic and green chillies paste in it.
Cook it well and then add palak puree to it.
Once it thickens add the gram flour and cashew powder mixture to it to make it more thick.
Add salt as per your taste and mix it so well that it becomes a thick dough.
Let the mixture cools down for some time
Now make a flat balls of palak dough and stuff it with the paneer filling.
Give it a deep fry in oil.
Now for the gravy take a pan and heat oil in it.
Add roughly chopped onions, tomatoes and ginger, garlic.
Give it a boil for 5min.
Let the mixture cools down then make a puree out of it.
Now take a cooking pan and add butter to it.
Add the onions tomatoes paste into it and cook it for few minutes.
Add cumin powder into it.
Mix it well and cook it for few minutes.
Add water to adjust it's consistency.
Add the palak balls into the gravy by garnishing it with some fresh cream and serve it.
