  2. Make ready turmeric powder

Steps to make Boondi raita:
  1. Sieve gram flour add turmeric powder,salt and pinch of baking soda.mix well make paste.
  2. Heat oil and with spoon make boondi.sieve fry till golden brown.take out.
  3. Let boondi cool down completely.take 1 bowl curd. Take 1 cup boondi and soak in water for five minutes.
  4. Mix it in a bowl along with chopped coriander leaves and green chillies,salt,red chilli powder.green chillies are optional.you can use only red chilli powder.mix well.if you want you can add pinch of sugar also sprinkle red chilli powder. serve with naan or biryani or pulav anything.
