  1. Get beetroot
  2. Take curd
  3. Get chopped onion
  4. Take chopped green chilli

  1. Take a bowl and whisk the curd
  2. Now add chat Masala black pepper powder and salt and mix
  3. Grate the beetroot and chop the onions and green chilli and collect few curry leaves
  4. Take a pan and heat the oil
  5. Add cumin seeds and once cracking add kalonji and pinch of hing
  6. Now add curry leaves
  7. Now add onions
  8. Next add the beet roots and sauté only for few seconds
  9. Now add into the curd and mix well
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with roti or paratha
