Take 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder

Steps to make Paneer kofta recipe:
Prepare Kofta: - In a big bowl combine the grated Paneer, potatoes boiled, salt, black pepper powder and mix well together and knead into a soft dough.
Make koftas (round bite sized balls) of the dough, dust with flour.
Heat the Pan/ Kadhai add oil and fry the kofta, fry till the kofta turn golden and crisp.
Prepare Gravy: - •In a mixing bowl add onion,green chilli,cashew,tomato and grind them and make paste
Heat the refined oil in a vessel
Add in the cumin seed,bay leaves,cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves,.Let it crackle.
Then add the ginger garlic paste, onion,green chilli,cashew,tomato paste red chili powder and coriander powder,salt.turmericpowder,black pepper, roasted cumin powder. Kashmiri red chilli powder,gram masala powder,Cook and roast till the brown.
Stir continuously cook until left the oil from spices.
Add water for gravy and Cover and let it cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
Add the shallow fried kofta into the gravy mixture. Let simmer for 2- 3 minuts.
Garnish the gravy with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime, Serve hot!
