  1. For hung curd_put curd into a muslin cloth & bind it properly. Hung on a keel.Remove all water.
  2. Keep curd in Fridge.
  3. Heat a pan add ghee. roast makhana till then crispy & cool them.
  4. Take a big bowl & pour the hung curd & whisk the curd till smooth consistensy. add water as required.Add all spices salt blacksalt & cumin seeds powder & red chilli powder according to taste.mix properly.
  5. Add boondi in curd & mix it properly. keep it in fridge for cool.
  6. Add roasted makhana in rayata when you serve. Garnish with chopped Coriander. Serve with missi roti & nan.
