  1. First take any mixing bowl pour curd in a mixing bowl a and whisk it until lumps dissolved.
  2. Now add all finely chopped vegetables in curd andmix it. Add salt and roasted jeera powder.
  3. Now I m adding tadka of curry leaves mustard seeds and 2 pinch of turmeric powder. Add this tadka to the raita.mix it well.
  4. Now transfer this raita in any serving bowl and garnish with roasted jeera powder and coriander leaves.
