  1. Cut & wash batwa leaves In 1 kg saag add 1/2 cup water 2 cloves of garlic small onion chopped 2 red chilli buttons pinch of turmeric pinch.
  2. Boil it for 5 min on medium flame.. mash it with wooden spoon..dont dry it completely… you can also save it in freezer for later use..
  3. In bowl beat yougart add salt, chat masala,pinch of sugar & mix well then pour yougart over cooked batwa..
  4. Bhaghar: - 2 red button chillies - 1/2 t spoon Zeera - 2 cloves of garlic - 3 Tsp of oil - Make a bhaghar & give a tarka to your dish…
  5. Ready to eat with zeera waalay rice, Rotti
